Pyramid identified that Carrick Travel needed to renew its identity to increase high street visibility and reposition the client as the region's destination retailer for quality travel. After creating a vibrant new brand, the team set about refreshing the retail environment throughout Carrick's stores. In parallel, the company's website received a ground-up rebuild, creating an internet presence in synergy with the core values of the brand.
Finally, customer profiling and market segmentation techniques were then used to identify the most lucrative target market for each store. Using this data, Pyramid launched the new brand using door drop campaigns which included a tactical promotion to drive footfall and web traffic. |
