Banro really is 'Formed for Success' |

|
Since a management buyout in 1999, headed by current Chief Executive Jonathan Evans, Banro have built an enviable reputation for quality and reliability. Current production levels are at 60 tonnes of roll formed steel components per day, in addition to involvement in a range of high profile projects including Airbus and the Millennium Stadium.
However, with a reputation founded on innovation in the construction sector, the company needed to develop a diversification strategy to underpin future growth. But how best to break down barriers to new markets?
A few years earlier, Pyramid carried out a successful branding project for Banros sister company, Renaissance. With this in mind, Banros new management team once again called the agency to ask our opinion about how an effective solution could be reached.
After an initial period of research, a potential solution became readily evident. Almost every company in the sector claimed to be market leader, despite little sign of differentiation or qualification. With no clear leader in sight, Pyramid saw the opportunity for Banro to claim the high ground for itself. By focusing on the unique skills of the management team, the abilities of the workforce and the benefits generated by the companys collaborative culture, Pyramid were able to develop a distinct proposition for this client.
Now, after nearly three months of work, the result is a hard edged corporate identity which, in combination with the copyline Formed for Success, distinctly positions Banro as a key player in the field. During this period, the new identity has been drawn upon to develop distinctive marketing literature, further supporting Banros positioning strategy. A new website, also created by Pyramid, will soon be launched, providing an online resource for information about the companys innovative product range and extensive in-house production capabilities. |
