Working across a diverse range of international and national brands, the Account Manager will work with the company’s Client Services Director to build and maintain strong client relationships and improve company efficiency and profitability.

Account Management

  • Responsible for management of client accounts
  • Support in financial forecasting for client accounts and providing status reports to the account teams
  • Client liaison and meeting planning
  • Preparation for client meetings
  • Attending client meetings and taking briefs
  • Produce written meeting contact reports with key actions
  • Responsible for actioning client tasks
  • Support in preparation and coordination of project plans and schedules
  • Support for client budgets and budget management
  • Liaison and management of suppliers related to client projects

Assisting with client presentations

  • Undertaking background research
  • Assisting with preparation of presentation documentation
  • Assisting with presentation materials
  • Assisting with coordinating internal team meetings

Company Management Systems (MIS)

  • Adherence to the company’s Management Information Systems and Processes
  • Imputing and maintaining accurate timesheets
  • Allocation and monitoring of freelance and sub-contractor project time
  • Management of supplier purchase orders and commissions
  • Maintaining and monitoring project cost of sales

Personal specification:

At least 3 years’ experience of working in a client facing role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.

  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills – ability to prioritise a portfolio of clients
  • Proven numeracy and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail eg: proofing and checking
    adherence to brand guidelines
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and presenting ideas and costings
  • Reliable and capable to manage projects from start to finish effectively
  • Ability to be open minded and inquisitive when working on client projects
  • Able to work under pressure with flexibility to adapt to the needs of clients
  • Office based in Leamington Spa with some flexibility to work from home
    on 1 or 2 days
  • Full driving licence desirable
  • Some occasional travelling in the UK or overseas may be required.

Insight research

  • Support in the design and implementation of insight research initiatives
  • Responsible for reviewing and analysing research results
  • Support in preparation and presentation of research findings

Undertaking background research

  • Assisting with preparation of presentation documentation
  • Assisting with presentation materials
  • Assisting with coordinating internal team meetings
